Fundamental separate 90-day diet

On the fifth day of each diet the whole cycle is repeated again. Every 29th day - fasting: you can only drink water. This day should be as soon as vitamins, and again protein.


A diet designed for three meals a day, breakfast should be no later than 12 hours, the last meal - no later than 20:00. It should drink plenty of fluids (at least 2 liters a day), and eat as much as you want, not overeating, of course. The protein day

Lunch: boiled, baked, stewed meat or fish with a garnish of fresh salad or stewed green vegetables without butter or with a limited amount of it. Maybe replace meat on two eggs, cheese or seafood. After solid food is recommended to drink 300 milliliters of clear broth or a loaf of bread with a slice of whole grains. Dairy products can be used only in the day - they belong to the protein food. The simultaneous use of different types of protein foods is unacceptable.

Dinner: 1/2 lunch, without soup without bread. Lunch and dinner should consist of the same dishes.

The starch day

Lunch: rice, beans, lentils, peas or potatoes, steamed or boiled, with virtually no fat, 1 slice of bread, salad. Vegetables can be cooked in vegetable broth.

Dinner: 1/2 dinner, without bread.

Carbohydrate Day

Lunch: macaroni, spaghetti with tomato sauce, chili pizza with tomato sauce or vegetables, stewed in tomato paste. You can also include in the menu, biscuits, crackers, cakes of unleavened dough. Not prohibited and pancakes, but their composition may not include milk, eggs, barley, buckwheat and other cereals.
Dinner: homemade cakes - one cake, cookies, or 3, or 3 scoops of ice cream. Required: the strip of black chocolate. If you do not like sweet, you can replace it on the portion of pizza, or salted crackers.

Vitamin day
